Am I able to cancel or change my order?
Cancellation of your order or any changes to your order will only be allowed within 24 hours from your initial order time. Once the 24 hour time frame has passed, we are not able to cancel or change the order.
How long does it takes to ship my item(s)
Please allow 10-18 business days to receive your item(s). Please be aware that shipping may take longer for countries outside the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, and its territories). For some European countries, it may take up to 40 regular days to receive your item(s). Please contact us if it has been more than 30 days and you have not received your item(s). Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges.
When will my order(s) be fuffiled?

When will be sent an email confirmation?
